Powder
Coating
We
offer a standard epoxy polyester powder coating
service with or without a zinc rich primer for
items up to 3.7m x 2.7m x 2.7m. Epoxy polyester
powder coating is good for most applications including
indoor environments such as industrial units were
oils and aggressive chemicals might be present
or for balustrading and other indoor architectural
applications as well as for use outdoors.
Epoxy
Polyester Powder Coating
We
offer a choice of standard epoxy polyester systems
from the Cromadex Interpon range, Interpon700,
and the Becker Powder Coatings TDS Epoxy Polyester
range. These standard
coating offers good UV-Light and heat stability
combined with above average decorative and protective
qualities and are available in a wide range of
colours with the choice of either a gloss, reduced
gloss,
textured or aluminium finishes. Further details

Polyester Powder Coating
We
offer a choice of polyester coatings from the
Cromadex Interpon range, Interpon600, and the Becker
Powder Coatings TDS Polyester range. These
standard
coatings are ideal for exterior environments, offering
excellent light and weather resistance as well
as colour retention when exposed to heat such as
associated with car or bike applications, and
are available in gloss, satin, matt and textured

Zinc
Rich Primer
For
applications that require enhanced corrosion resistance
we offer Interzinc 72, a zinc rich wet paint primer

Box
Oven
We
operate a 3.7m x 2.7m x 2.7m gas fired box oven
with temperature control settings upto 220oC. The
oven is equipped with wheeled jig frames capable
of supporting loads of upto 250kg or multiple rows
of jigged items.
Degreasing
All
metalwork undergoes either vapour degreasing,
manual degreasing or grit blasting prior to coating
in order to remove oil, grease and chemical contaminants
which
can hinder the coating process.
