Chiltern Blast Cleaning is a family-owned and operated business with over 35 years of knowledge & expertise in surface preparation & treatments/coatings Established on a foundation of providing high quality work and service. We pride ourselves on building strong relationships with everyone that we work with, and have evolved from a small mobile operation into a reputable force in the surface preparation and coatings industry.

OUR FACILITIES
Now operating from a 7,000 square foot facility in Hemel Hempstead, just 30 minutes northwest of London. Our strategic location places us at the heart of the Chilterns, ensuring convenience for clients across London and the home counties. We are equipped with a purpose-built blasting container, 2 powder coating ovens and a large wet-spray booth, which allows us to handle a wide range of projects, including work up to 40 feet in length, high-volume batch work, and intricate component parts.

Specializing in surface preparation and coatings for the trade and industrial sectors, we have built a strong reputation for excellence. Our focus on delivering top quality service has enabled us to establish honest and lasting relationships with numerous local manufacturing companies. Whether it's preparing surfaces for painting, stripping classic car bodyshells, or applying coatings for specific industrial needs, we have the knowledge and experience to handle it all.
Our set up is also perfect for domestic customers, whether it’s a car restoration project, garden furniture refurbishment or an old Victorian Fireplace, we can do it all.

OUR JOURNEY
Chiltern Blast Cleaning started as a mobile operation, tackling projects such as cleaning old buildings and train tracks in London. As our business developed & flourished, we transitioned to a fixed premises, where we have been proudly based for the past 25 years. Throughout this journey, we've cultivated strong relationships with several local businesses, earning a stellar reputation in our field.
